1.1. I understand that my use of this website and the information contained on the website, including any of its online programmes is carried out entirely at my own risk and I assume full responsibility and accept all risk of any loss of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use thereof.

Neither Dr. Megan Kelly, drmegankelly.com, and/or any of its affiliates, shareholders, agents, consultants, employees, or associated parties shall be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, howsoever arising (whether in an action arising out of contract, statute, delict or otherwise) related to the use of, or the inability to access or use the content of the website or any functionality thereof, or the information contained on the website, or of any linked website, even if Dr. Megan Kelly, drmegankelly.com and/or any of its affiliates, shareholders, agents, consultants, employees or associated parties knows or should reasonably have known or is expressly advised thereof.

You expressly waive and renounce all your rights of whatever nature that you may have against the service provider for any LOSS suffered by you, as a result of information supplied by the service provider being incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate. All the information provided is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, care, diagnosis or treatment. 2.1. These Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2.2. This Website is controlled, operated, and administered by Dr Megan Kelly and/or drmegankelly.com its offices within the Republic of South Africa.

Access to the Website from territories or countries where the content of the Website is illegal is prohibited. Users may not use this Website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If the user accesses this Website from locations outside of South Africa, that user is responsible for compliance with all local laws.

In line with the Berne Convention, all content published on www.drmegankelly.com and within the members portal, are the property of Dr Megan Kelly, and cannot be legally reproduced.

Any content that is within the  members area, including worksheets, notes, training, templates, and any bonus content, may not be shared, recreated, redistributed, or downloaded with anyone who is not a member of drmegankelly.com

4. With regards to any of the Master Resell rights products on drmegankelly.com

4.1 PRODUCT LICENSE: By purchasing this digital master resell rights product, you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with master resell rights. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profits.

4.2 LIMITATIONS: You may not modify or alter the product in any way, shape, or form. However, you can brand your sales process to be your own, and claim ownership over the product and sales process.

4.3 WARRANTIES: This product is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

4.4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property rights in this product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the sole property of the seller.

4.5 TERMINATION: The seller will never terminate this agreement. The digital product once purchased will forever be in possession of the purchaser for resale.

4.6 REFUNDS: All sales of this product are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason.

4.7 LIABILITY: The seller shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4.8 GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.

4.9 ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. By purchasing or using this digital master resell rights product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this product.

5. With regards to any of the Private Label Rights products on drmegankelly.com:

5.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, drmegankelly.com hereby grants you Private Label Rights upon purchase of the Ultimate Veterinary PLR bundle, which grants you the rights to modify, claim authorship of, and resell the private label rights product in this bundle for 100% of the profits.

5.2 Additional rights include: the right to add this product to a membership site or bundle within a package; the right to create audio or video products using this product; the right to give away the product to subscribers or customers; the right to change sales page and/or graphics; the right to break up the product into separate sections; the right to
add or remove content to the product; the right to put your name on it; the right to edit or create your own covers for the product.

5.3  All Content NOT Included within private label rights: The Veterinary Done-for-you Digital Product Blueprint, including graphics, Stan Store descriptions, and social media content and videos relating to the product, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of drmegankelly.com and/or a supplier to the Company. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.
